Patrolling in the Post 911 world, Local Law Enforcement's role in Homeland Security is difficult to define in today's ever-changing world. However, Local Law Enforcement's role is critical in identifying, interdicting and preventing a terrorist attack from occurring on US soil again. However, many Local Law Enforcement Officers have been giving vague orders and provided almost no training when it deals with Terrorism.

In this training program, which is geared for the street officer, officers will learn crucial skills in their day-to-day patrol that will allow them to be prepared. To think out of the box and know when they see that "suspicious" set of circumstances that what they have is not just another criminal but a terrorist.
